Positive: Great location. Well appointed kitchen.
Negative: Not particularly clean - walls have lots of scuffs and dirt. Grout in shower dirty. Lots of tacky fake flowers and plants and cheap looking artwork. Uncomfortable beds. Old, grimy carpet in main bedroom. Extremely slow lift in building. Sub-par toiletries provided was only enough for max 2 days when we booked for two weeks. Expected to be offered linen and towel change after first week, but heard nothing from owners for entire stay. Not suitable for family with two children as only a small double bed in second bedroom and no sofa bed in lounge.
Summary: Overpriced very basic accomodation in great location
