You will enjoy this gulf front condominium on Florida's Anna Maria Island. This is a smoke free two-bedroom unit right on the beach with only a few feet of sand separating you from the inviting waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Seaside Beach House is a ten unit condominium located at 102 68th Street in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. It is a Gulf-front complex with a heated pool at beachside.
Unit 105 is an end unit with two bedrooms and one and one half baths. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the gulf side guest bedroom. The bathroom features a large shower.
This unit has been recently refurbished and upgraded and is nicely appointed with a spacious living room area featuring all new furniture and a 70" flat screen HD television in the living room and a 40" flat screen television in the master bedroom, a dining area and a recently and beautifully renovated full kitchen. This beautiful kitchen features gulf views, all new cabinetry and countertops, disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Unit 105 also features a brand new washer and dryer in the unit and a private walk out open lanai which offers breathtaking, elevated, 180 degree panoramic view of the swimming pool, the Gulf of Mexico, and nightly sunsets you will never forget..
