First Level: The living room is filled with warm rich island colors. The space has 2 tan leather sofas and Polynesian style wicker chairs. A TV, DVD player, and books are tucked into the rustic cabinet. The living room offers glorious views of the ocean with access to the covered deck. The attached dining area offers the same ocean views and a table seating 10. Additional seating for 3 can be found at the bar in the adjacent kitchen. The spacious kitchen has beautiful green counter tops, which are accented by the accessories atop the cabinets. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, 2 coffee makers, blender, toaster and toaster oven. One bedroom is tucked back in the sound side corner of Briney Breezes. Use this as a second master bedroom, for guests that can’t get up and down the stairs well. This room has a queen size bed, white washed furnishings and easy access to the bathroom across the hallway. Second Level: On the second floor landing of this oceanfront home you’ll find a sitting area with a TV. This is the perfect place for an afternoon movie or nap. The master bedroom has wonderful dark wood and wrought iron furniture. This room offers a king size bed, TV with VCR, ceiling fan and alarm clock. A private bathroom with separate sink area is attached. A sliding glass door leads out to the upper oceanfront deck. You’ll love waking up in the morning and breathing in the warm fresh air. The second bedroom has white washed furnishings, a queen-size bed, TV, and ceiling fan. This room also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the upper oceanfront deck. The third bedroom sits on the north side of the home and offers a double bed covered a navy blue and white paisley printed comforter. The fourth bedroom, down the hallway, has two bunk beds with bright pink bedspreads. This room has a door that leads to the shared bathroom, also accessible in the hallway. Remote check-in is utilized for this property. Your key code will be sent to you when your property is ready. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
