This luxurious Villa , has a private POOL with new Pool furniture offers an easy access to the beach only 2 minutes away! This well-appointed 5 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath home accommodates up to 12 guests, and features One Master Bedroom Suite, oversized balconies, Pool & walk-in showers.Other amenities include an outdoor grill, and a cook's well equipped Kitchen complete with large & small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, & utensils to prepare and serve meals; granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & a large breakfast serve island. Living room area has new 70” TV with surround sound.
Beautifully decorated, open floor plan offers a Family Gathering Room complete with large dining table, flat screen Smart TV with. Wi-Fi wireless internet access available. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch rockers located in both floors.
OUTDOOR living area offers plenty of space to enjoy time with your friends and family, private Pool ( heated from October-February for extra fees of 150$), outdoor shower, enhanced with vibrant flowering shrubs, new lighting & enclosed with a privacy fence. Refrigerator on the ground floor easily accessible from pool area. Private storage located by the pool area with beach chairs,2 umbrellas, beach toys and cooler to make your stay more comfortable during your vacation. Parking for vehicles & bikes.
