This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is the ideal setting for a trip to the beach, any time of year. Upon using the keyless entry to conveniently enter the property, guests take the stairs to the main level of this triplex. Greeted by a cozy and coastal living/dining room open concept, guests feel the fresh and clean atmosphere created by this wonderful property! The fully equipped kitchen completes the main area. Featured in the living room is a Queen Sleeper Sofa, flat screen TV for entertainment and cozy furnishings throughout.
The Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom features a King bed, custom Pottery Barn bedding and a flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is a full bathroom with a double vanity, walk in shower and spacious area for 2 guests.
The second bedroom is opposite the Master Bedroom, and features a Queen bed. The second bedroom also features custom Pottery Barn bedding and a flat screen TV. Next to the second bedroom is a full guest bathroom, featuring a tub/shower combo and sink/vanity for guest use.
SeaSet Skies is within a quick walk to the community pool, a luxurious setting for guests to use. Just south of 30A is The Big Chill, a fantastic outdoor venue featuring 30A's largest big screen TV, live music frequently and all the restaurant options you could hope for. Additionally located there is retail shops for local clothing and interior decor, as well as Luke Bryan's Shore Thing cigar shop. Prominence is also just a quick drive down 30A from popular spots such as Alys Beach and Rosemary, and a quick drive from Seaside as well.

Summary: 3rd time visiting the area and we usually like to try different locations out. Love the area, family friendly and close enough to watercolor and seaside. One of the challenges I encountered this time was are you an owner or renter. Normally we rent all inclusive with bikes and carts and we opted not to in this trip and that was a bit of a headache. We tried to rent one exclusive to property but they were sold out during our stay, so bit of a learning curve. My biggest complaint on arrival dirty floors for my 1 year to crawl around and the a/c didn’t work. They came by quickly and Clint left a note saying they’ll have it looked it. Unfortunately during our stay, the a/c unit was never fixed and we didn’t hear from anyone.
