This family owned and rented condo has two bedrooms,
a spacious bright living room, updated tile flooring, modern comfort with slipcover sofas and is the closest unit to the (in the winter and spring heated) pool! A private courtyard is fully fenced in and has a shed to store beach gear. There are two cable flat screen TV’s and wireless internet throughout the resort. The 5 star clay tennis courts are just steps away, right across the quiet street. You can walk less than half a mile to the beach or park on the resort directly across from it. The beautifully landscaped resort is not only perfect for golf and tennis but also for riding your bikes, skating, jogging and offers access to several pools and a basket ball court. The neighborhood is great for families and even has a little kid’s pool.
On over 2000 feet of sugar white resort beaches, beach service offers para-sailing, wave runner rentals, paddle boarding and kayaking. You can often spot dolphins in the emerald green waters and if you are lucky you might even see sea turtles.
Silversands Outlet Mall is a dream for shopaholics and is only a bike ride away. Other shopping malls like Destin Commons and Grand Boulevard invite for lingering. Restaurants on the resort such as the Whales Tail and Cabana Café are favored by locals! For night-owls there is plenty of entertainment from Destin Harbor to nearby Baytowne Wharf. Popular Scenic Highway 30A is a discovery of its own! The area has many festivals year round such as free summer concerts, the 30A songwriter festival, art festivals and wine tasting festivals…just to name a few.
