Positive: The location was the best feature of this rental property

Negative: The house needs ALOT of Maintenance. Blinds don't work, there was a broken glass windows, broken locks and screws on the wind sill. Light switches old, electrical hazard, one fans out of service with sticker, sliding doors barely slide, paver coming away at the stairs of the pool, the driveway is the most hazardous structure I have ever experienced. Someone will die on that driveway if left in this condition. Master bedroom blind broken and on the floor making it impossible to get air or breeze in the room. The kitchen had no dishwasher liquid. Knobs coming off doors in laundry, water preassure and hot water was terrible in the master ensuite. Couch in lounge room is damaged with stuffing coming out. Every carpet has lots of stains on them. The windows are filthy and haven't been cleaned in a while. 4 parcels of sugar for a 3 night stay for 7 people. 3 single rolls of toilet in 3 bathrooms paper for 3 days for 7 people. All furniture is old, very used. I have 15+ photos of things that needed fixing or replacing. It has to be the worst up kept property I have stayed in and we paid $1760 for 3 nights. I just cannot justify the money verses the state of the place. Everything is from the 70s or 80s. The spa has missing buttons. The tiles on the veranders are moving as you walk on them. The stairs up the driveway are uneven, mis spaced and deeper than a normal stair. Master bedroom was so low to the ground it was uncomfortable. The bedside tables were taller than the bed. The toilet seat in the master is worn, have grooves out of it. The bathroom on the kitchen floor the tap leaks and the toilet constantly runs to top itself up with water. Rubbish outside of a window. Outside a light is just taped up that needs replacing. WI-FI is not available on the property and when we tried to use the WIFI code provided it wouldn't connect. WE also couldn't even see the connection for the WI-FI box or connection. Out door furniture all broken and weathered.

Summary: The location is the best and only good part to this property.
