Welcome to the perfect holiday getaway – Light-filled and spacious, this immaculate 2 storey, 3 bedroom penthouse is situated in the heart of the glorious Sunshine Beach. Surrounded by the panoramic beach and ocean views, this one-of-a-kind house size apartment is ideally positioned and is just minutes walk away from your choice of the patrolled surf beach or the vibrant cafe and restaurant vibe of Sunshine Beach, and stone’s throw from Noosa and the must-see National Park!
Recently renovated, the large living areas are the centerpiece of the apartment, opening onto the biggest north east facing deck in town. The modern kitchen positions itself between the open lounge and large formal dining room, with a wonderful private upper back deck that features a glorious daybed. Easy entertaining with friends and family with spectacular views is this apartments speciality. The upper level also features a huge master bedroom with ensuite – imagine waking in your king-size bed using the automated blinds to open up the dazzling ocean vista, what a way to start your day! The second queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom is also located on the upper floor.
The lower level greets you with a private garden courtyard, bigger than most inner-city back yards that enters into a large living/media room with a kitchenette along with the third sun-drenched queen bedroom with ensuite. Delightful bespoke features are everywhere you look – Floor to ceiling banks of cedar and glass louvres capture the breezes, tongue and groove walls, timber, tiled and carpeted flooring, ceiling details and a stunning copper wall all set the tone for stylish beach-side living.
You’ll never want to leave!
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, toilet paper, detergents, etc (a starter pack to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarkets.
• Weddings, parties, functions, schoolies and pets are not permitted.
