You will fall in love with this beautiful lakefront condo in the most desirable gated resort SEASCAPE! The condo will comfortable sleep 6 people who can all enjoy the picturesque and tranquil location. Only a short stroll from the front door and you will be on the beautiful Emerald Coast Waters and the Sugary Sand Beaches on Scenic Gulf Drive.
You will feel right at home when you step into the wonderfully updated condo with its big patio windows overlooking the amazing lake. The open concept living room, breakfast room and kitchen will be a great place for the entire family to relax after a sun filled day at the beaches or pools. The unit features a beautiful master with large patio doors overlooking the lake, what a great view to wake up to. The Master also features a remodelled en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The living room features a sofa sleeper, allowing your guests lots of places to rest their heads after a long day. Both bedrooms and living room feature flat screen tv’s. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need during your stay~ plenty of pots, cooking utensils, dishes And small appliances ( blender, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot). Seascape also offers its guests multiple areas where you can bbq on site, one just steps from this condos doorstep. You will love everything this condo has to offer~ comfort, beautiful lakefront views, short walk to the gorgeous beaches and bars and restaurants, pools within a few steps and so many other amenities on site. Enjoy the Florida sunshine with your morning coffee on our covered outside patio sitting on the swing watching the ducks on the lake.
For those with youngsters we do also have - a pack n play, umbrella stroller, booster chair for dining and a baby gate! Maybe even a few toys!
We also provide our guests- 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrella, small cooler and a few beach toys for your use during your stay!
