Walk 125 yards and you'll find yourself at the popular Coast Guard Beach for fun in the sun. This lovely 3,610 sq. ft. multi-story new home offers fantastic amenities for the perfect beach getaway.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the maximum occupancy (14 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

The second level offers three bedrooms each with their bathrooms. Also on this level is a second den, perfect for your younger guests. The unique setup of this living space also has access to a covered porch and offers custom-made bunk beds that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The spacious third-level, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is the perfect entertaining space for everyone in your group to spend quality time together when not soaking in the sun and sand. Prepare meals and enjoy the expansive views on one of six covered porches or relax in the comforts of a well-appointed living room with a large flat-screen television. The chef's kitchen will have the home cook living in luxury. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you will need during your stay. Gather around the large kitchen island which seats five and a dining table with room to comfortably seat 8 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sun-filled living space for all your entertaining needs.
The top level of Seahorse Villa exemplifies luxury and features an unbelievable primary King suite with a massive ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and its very own covered balcony.
