Summary: This is a fantastic house for a family. We stayed for a long weekend and have absolutely no complaints. The house was spotless, with a good-sized kitchen with the essential kitchen tools and a nice living area for casual hangouts. We had a group of five adults and the three bedrooms were fine for us. The neighborhood is very quiet with no traffic to speak of so we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch/deck with our books and morning coffee. Within a five-minute drive is an artsy kind of street with interesting restaurants and stores plus a beach and long pier. The only slight drawback is that there isn't much within walking distance if you have trouble walking far. The restaurants would probably be about a 20-minute walk which was more than my group could do, but doable for younger folk! This house is great if you need a quiet retreat with grownups or small kids. We were in town for a family wedding and it was easy to navigate the area. Finally, the owners were responsive leading up to the reservation and made themselves available throughout the weekend if we had any issues (which we didn't). Highly recommend and we will definitely return if we are back in the area.
