Guests will love the polished concrete floors and clean lines of the open kitchen, dining and living space. Exposed timber beams and jewel-like pendant lights add elegance to the room. A waterfall–edged island separates the kitchen’s built-in premium appliances from the dining area and provides additional seating for 5.A series of sliding glass panels open the living area wall to a screened porch overlooking the outdoor courtyard and salt water pool. This luxurious pool features an oversized splash pad area with extra large loungers to be able to sit back and soak up the sun.
