The home is conveniently located within walking distance or a quick bike ride to the variety of delicious local restaurants and shops of Seagrove Beach! There are wonderful hiking trails right out the back door and a five-minute walk to the beach. It is a ten-minute bike ride to Seaside which has weekend movies and theater in the summers as well as shops and fun activities year-round.
