Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at Coconut Cottage. It's a very cozy beach house that is well decorated and fit our needs perfectly for a family of six. The outdoor shower is a nice, added touch and came in handy after long beach days! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The full-sized bathroom supplies are so nice too! The street is very quiet and close to the bike/running path on 30A. It's a short drive to the beach with public parking space that is plentiful in September. We loved having the 4 bikes included with the rental - we used them everyday! The check in process was very easy, as well. We would definitely stay here again!
