This home is a ground level private home with five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a private heated pool. One of the best values on the Island with so much to offer for a total of 10 people! This home has been completely remodeled and updated in the last couple years. New kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances, dining area with seating for 10, and tiled floors throughout. The bedrooms are perfectly situated in a split floor plan with three on one end and two on the other end of the house. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Gather around in the central living area that features a 60 inch LED flat screen TV. Of course the home is equipped with phone, cable, and wireless internet. Pets under 25 lbs. will be considered with additional pet fee of $150 per pet. BED & BATH DETAILS The master bedroom located on the north side of the home features private access to the pool, a King size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and HDTV. The second bedroom, located on the north side of the home features two Twin beds and an HDTV. The third bedroom, located on the south side of the home features a Queen size bed and HDTV. The fourth bedroom, located on the north side of the home features a Queen size bed and HDTV. The fifth bedroom, located on the south side of the home features an HDTV and two Twin beds. There are 2 additional hall bathrooms with walk-in showers. EXTERIOR This home is situated on a huge corner lot with mature trees and extensive landscape with plenty of parking for up to five vehicles. There are two outdoor entertainment areas. Take a few steps from the living area to the heated pool. There is a shallow end pad for soaking up the sun or for little ones to splash around. The pool offers complete privacy with lush landscaping. Enjoy the full outdoor dining set and gas grill. There is a second huge lounging area on the side of the house with a sectional and chaise lounge chairs. Pool heat in the winter months is included. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
