First floor apartment located in Torre Vado, marina of Morciano di Leuca, Salento, province of Lecce. The apartment consists of a large terrace equipped with an awning to shade the area, where you can eat and sunbathe; from living room with tv and tvsat for watching all the channels; kitchen equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, fireplace, iron and ironing board; from a bathroom with shower and phone; from two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, it is possible to add a third single bed and / or a cot. The apartment is cooled by the air conditioner and, during the winter period, is heated by a stove and the heat pump of the air conditioner. All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. There is also a drying rack. Possibility to add the high chair and the cradle. Total beds 4 + 1. Linen is provided upon request. Outside the apartment, on the ground floor, there is a water hose to take a quick shower or to remove the sand from your feet before entering the house. Chairs are provided and a small umbrella to take to the sea. To reach it just cross the road, the coast is sandy at times, sometimes low. The apartment is located in the center of Torre Vado, 200 meters from the fishing and tourist port, 100 meters from the pedestrian area animated by bars, funfairs and markets and a few meters from the commercial activities. Parking is on the street with a pass provided by the property. To visit the surroundings there is a bicycle. Pets are welcome. During the stay it is possible to use the internet service, upon request, free of charge for a few hours a day.
