Wonderful cozy lake view house located on a quiet, no outlet street that's off the beaten path. It has an absolutely beautiful water view and gorgeous summertime sunsets! It is located very close to many water activities including boating, sailing, and fishing. Just around the corner from NASA's Space Center Houston and The Kemah Boardwalk with it's fabulous restaurants, games and rides. A short drive to Galveston destinations, including it's fabulous beaches, The Strand, and Pleasure Pier Boardwalk. Inside the home there are granite countertops, hard flooring throughout, leather and antique furniture. High-speed Xfinity with Wi-Fi, Google Chrome streaming stick, cable TV, and laser printer. Very close to Space Center Houston/NASA or the Kemah Boardwalk. A short drive to Galveston Beaches, the Strand, and Boardwalk. House is always climate controlled. Lighted front and rear decks for wonderful evening summertime sunsets over the water with family or just that special someone! Bring the family or get away for a romantic place has it all! The master bed has a king bed with a view of the water. The 2nd bedroom is a queen bed with views of the backyard. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need to cook a home cooked meal including a Vitamix high powered blender, Keurig and other types of coffee machines. The kitchen opens up to a small dining area and living space with a leather couch and recliner. Large decks front and back with water view, fenced-in backyard, 4 car driveway, full kitchen with gas stove, full sized washer and dryer, linens, all the essentials are all here.
