Majadama: New constructionfinished in 2021. Seabim vacation home on Lake Finisterre.
The Seabim vacation home Majadama in Cape Coral offers 4 bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen) and 4 bathrooms. One master suite and one smaller master suite. --- The pool is 36 ft x 16 ft including a 6 ft. x 6 ft. spa. Electric heat pump. Salt water system. --- Very large pool deck and screen enclosure, which was possible because of the oversized lot. --- Very fast internet (fiber optic); no cable TV.
Summer or winter, there is ALWAYS sun on the pool from sunrise to sunset, all day long. The covered outside lanai features shade all day long. No columns on the lanai impair the view.
Spacious dock and entertainment area on the lake.
Gulf access. About 30 minutes to the Caloosahatchee river. A rental boat can be tied; no boat lift.
New cage in July 2023.
