Seawinds 47 - This unit is not pet friendly. Sea Winds 47 is stylish and comfortable! You'll want to relax on the balconies and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. The bright spacious kitchen has everything needed to prepare all your favorite meals. You can enjoy your breakfast in the breakfast nook with a private terrace and views of the blue skies. The condo has a warm 'cottage' feel with plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. Plus, there are games and books for the rainy days indoors. The one car garage is stocked with beach chairs and beach toys and ideal for parking one smaller vehicle.. So much space, the condo is 1600 square feet, has 3 floors with direct ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The third floor is a private master suite with a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and walk in closet. The private balcony is the perfect spot for your morning coffee and gorgeous sunrises! The second floor features the living room with fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen and a second floor balcony that allows light in while enjoying ocean views from the living room. A half bath is also on second floor. The first floor has a second master suite with a queen bedroom and attached full bath. This bedroom also has another private ground floor patio! Down the hall is the 3rd bedroom with twin beds and a nearby full bathroom. The laundry room is also on the first floor and has full size washer and dryer. This unit offers golf privileges at Mash Creek Country Club, please ask us! Sea Winds is a gated beach front community with a private boardwalk to the ocean, a sparkling pool with jacuzzi. The community also has a tennis court and a clubhouse that can be rented for private functions. Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We willl send you the information ifi you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit. .
