This fantastic 5 bedroom home has had a stylish renovation. The large lounge/dining room leads out to the extensive deck overlooked by the brand new kitchen. The home has suitable accommodation for family holidays and also caters for mature groups with four queen size beds. There are bathrooms on both levels and extra living downstairs as well. Relax and enjoy the beach and ocean views with the northeast aspect providing a cool afternoon breeze. The property is perfect for a golfing getaway also with the Golf Club and beachside course only an 8-minute (700 meters) walk away or a 2-minute drive. Great fenced yard for kids to play safely.
Dog friendly - outside only. Garage available for sleeping. Dogs are not allowed inside the house. Only mature or family groups are accepted, not a group of all young Guests.
