Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Check in people were friendly and responsive, they allowed us to drop off our luggage early and did answer our questions. The facilities including the pool and lounge areas on the property were lovely! Great views from the apartment as well and a little balcony. The location is perfect, right by Central Pattaya mall and the beach without being too noisy since it's not right next to the bar area. It's not the most affordable but definitely a lot of space as a two bedroom and living room and kitchen so totally worth it for a family of 4 or something.
Negative: The bed and pillows were very very firm and quite uncomfortable. The wifi doesn't work and they only give you enough towels for one per person so you have to use the same towel for the pool and wash it yourself between pool and shower. The place is on the older side with some rough wear and tear.
Summary: Excellent location, beautiful pool and lounges, large clean living space, but uncomfortable beds.
