We would love to share our very special home located just steps from Raumati South Beach and the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park. We have lovingly renovated and decorated our home in a unique seaside style. There's 3 bedrooms , lounge with open fire and 2 other sunny seating areas for reading and relaxing. A brand new gourmet kitchen with, 2 fridges, dishwasher, 1200w Falcon oven and a scullery. Fully renovated bathroom and laundry. Large outdoor deck with amazing views to the South Island and Kapiti Island. You are welcome to use the BBQ and chimney ( wood provided) Private sun bathing area with 2 sun loungers. Another deck area with 4 chairs, flows onto a nice level lawn - great for the kids to play or have picnics in the sun. We have room for 5 cars to park.
