Summary: This is a lovely cottage that is still having it's finishing touches put on. The beach access description however, is very misleading. There are some remaining steps poking out of the dune and then it is a very steep climb, in the sand, over the dune and down the other side. Fortunately for us the neighbors offered their access which was slightly better (same owner). One of our dogs even struggled with the access. The neighbors were forced to drive to an access because they could not scale the dune. Although we liked the house we will not be renting it again. (Also note the game room is not accessible from the house. You must go outside through an exterior door.)
