Positive: the location is good, just a couple of minutes walk to MOA. Lots of convenience stores at the ground floor where you can buy what you need. You can cook in the unit. Wifi has good signal.
Negative: We got checked in 45 minutes late since the assistant was not there yet to meet us. The room was good enough - just not maintained properly. The cooking utensils were broken - the spatula had a broken handle and had rough metal edges that could cut you if you grip it too hard. There was only 1 set of spoon and fork. The stove was dirty. The aircon was leaking on to the bed so we had to sleep horizontally so that we would not get wet. The dining set chairs were squeaking and had broken back rests.
Summary: Overall, good value for money. Just dont expect nice equipment for the kitchen.
