Our sunny spacious townhome is the ideal choice for relaxing and de-stressing on Anastasia Island, in St. Augustine, Florida. The ocean view is what guests notice as soon as they open the front door. This beautiful condo has one of the best ocean and pool views at SeaPlace, an anazing beachfront community located on A1A, just south of Dondanville Road.
Begin each moring with a cup of coffee while enjoying multicolored ocean sunrises from your bedroom balcony. Enoy activities, (swimming, walking, biking, tennis, etc.), or simply unwind while enjoying the sounds and views of the aquamarine ocean. Sea Place offers everything necessay for your perfect vacation. Amenities include tennis courts, racquetball courts, two large swimming pools, and private access to the expansive, sugar sand beach.
Our condo, occupying the second and third floors of a small, six unit building, has an attractive Floridian decor with many updates and comforts. One highlight is the master bedroom with a private bathroom, a king sized bed and sliders that lead to an ocean/pool view balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and is adjacent to a full bath with tub and shower. The living room and large covered balcony lead to the dining area with an oval table which seats six. The bright attractive kitchen is well stocked to ensure youhave all the tools needed to prepare delicious meals or perhaps take advantage of the many local restaurants, a few withing walking distance.
The condo also offers free WIFI, a Smart TV and washer/dryer. A convenient half bath is located on the first floor. Parking is steps away from yor front door and cicycle storae is nearby. Beach chairs and toys are available for your use.
Sea Place provides easy access to an abundance of fun and exciting things to do. A few miles north is Historic City of St. Augustine with Castillo de San Marcos, museums,carriage rrides, sailing tours, ghost tours, outstanding shopping and fine and casual dining. Fot Matanzas, Washington Oaks and Marineland are must see destinations a few miles south, past Crescent Beach. An hours drive south along scenic A1A leads to Daytona Beach, Jacksonville is a 45 minute drive north, JAX is just north of downtown. For a fun day trip the Disney attractions and Sea World are approximately a two hour drive.
