(carriage house is not shown in floor plan) The Sea Otter House is a beautifully decorated cottage home with gorgeous Douglas Fir wood floors throughout located in the Seabrook community. It is located on the Elk Creek Trail that gives you a quick walk to the beach and a spectacular forest view. The cottage is decorated with an “urban lodge” look, with comfortable designer furnishings and beautiful original photography artwork throughout. Bringing the kids? Watch them play on the lawn while you relax on the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the wraparound porch (blankets provided!). Everyone will enjoy walking the nature trails to the beach and cozying up by the fire inside or outside at the community fireplace where you can roast marshmallows together. The gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room flow together, so you don`t get stuck missing the fun if you`re cooking. The master bedroom features a king bed and a full bath. The second bedroom in the main house offers a queen bed with cozy down comforter and private bathroom with shower. There is a wonderful cottage apartment separate from the house for extra guest that sleeps four comfortably (two adults and two children) as well so don’t hesitate to invite friends to join you! The apartment includes shower and cute kitchen with sink, under-counter refrigerator, toaster oven and cook-top offering the option for total seclusion. This home is well equipped with so many extras, including high-speed wireless internet access, unlimited U.S. long distance, flat screen cable TV with surround sound, Tivo and an iPod connection and board games, and no need to remember a rain coat (we have one for you!).
