This home comes with a 6-seater street legal golf cart included ($180 value) and is only a 3 minute golf cart ride to the largest public beach access in Miramar Beach. If you feel like taking a stroll, it's only a 7 minute walk.

Your vacation house is just a three minute golf cart drive to the Miramar Beach (beach parking) access with your COMPLIMENTARY six person street legal golf cart! Or just an easy 7 minute walk.
Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays.

FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE
Living Area | Kitchen | Dining Area | King Suite | Full Bath
The first floor of the Sea of Memories villa opens to a large living room with a luxurious and comfortable L-shaped couch, oversized coffee table, and two arm chairs. This space also features a 75" 4K Smart TV with complimentary access to Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, ESPN+, Cinemax, Starz, and HBO so guests can catch the big game or kick back and watch a movie.
The open-layout chef's kitchen and dining area is stocked with ample dining and cookware. You'll have fun preparing meals with high-end, stainless steel appliances such as a professional series oversized fridge and freezer, oven/stove, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker (Keurig and pot options are both available). The island is abundantly large with seating for 14! It is a great space for preparing food, a homework station for children, or catching up on some work emails.
A full bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen, as well as a King Suite, perfect for those in your group looking for first floor accommodations.
SECOND FLOOR EXPERIENCE

The second floor opens to another living space in addition to three more King Suite bedrooms and a spacious laundry room. The living area is the perfect place to watch a big sporting event or host a movie night as it includes a large flatscreen TV, large leather sectional with movie theater style seating, and built-in cup holders. This room has one additional leather armchair creating space for 7 to sit comfortably and enjoy movie night! Right off of the living area, you'll find a spacious balcony overlooking the neighborhood with plenty of outdoor seating and another wall-mounted flat screen TV. It's the perfect place to take in the salty sea air and sip your morning coffee.
Three King Suites all with flat screen TV's and ensuite bathrooms also grace the second level living. Laundry for large groups can be a hassle, but not in this home! You have two full walk-in laundry rooms to stay on top of those beach towels and swimsuits. One laundry room is on the second floor, while the other is on the third.
THE THIRD FLOOR EXPERIENCE

Last but not least, the third floor features a game room as well as a balcony, second laundry room, three more King Suites with ensuite bathrooms, and a light-up bunk room. A whimsical Harry Potter game room and lounge space complete with pool table, wall-mounted Harry Potter arcade, and a 75" 4K Smart TV make for an ideal kid getaway area!
Step out onto the private third-floor balcony complete with seating and another flat screen TV. This overlooks the community pool and lounge area and makes it easy to keep an eye on your group members who are swimming or sunbathing. There is also a large walk-in laundry room with ample counter space and cabinet storage as well as an oversized washer and dryer.
The third floor has three more King Suite bedrooms, and a bunk room. Each King Suite features a 55” 4K Smart TV with complimentary access to Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, ESPN+, Cinemax, Starz, HBO.Two of the bedrooms feature a King bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The final King Suite in the home includes a King bed, TV, and a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom that leads into the bunk room. Kids love the bunk room! It includes two twin/twin bunk beds and custom lighting. The shared bathroom features a private water closet and a walk-in shower.

BEACH EXPERIENCE
Your vacation house is just a two minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY 6-seater street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7 minute walk.

THE RETREAT AT MIRAMAR
Your luxury villa is located in a private community called the “Retreat at Miramar”. Guests staying in the property have full access to the 90' long private retreat heated pool and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 6 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool. Watch sports, movies, and more on the 5 big-screen TVs while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area. Guests are also welcome to fish in the community catch and release pond behind the pavilion.
