You will fall in love with Sea Oats B106. The complex is located 3.2 miles down West Beach Boulevard, where it's quiet and secluded. You sit on Little Lagoon and have a boat launch, plus a dock with a cleaning station if you'd like to get in some fishing! Then, the Gulf of Mexico is just across the street (two lanes and easy to cross) with tons of space and so much privacy. Come spend a week in this well appointed 2 BR / 2 BA condo that sleeps 7 guests comfortably, with a king bed in the master, a queen and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit includes one dedicated parking spot and additional parking available on the premises.
Complex Amenities: Internet service, two outdoor pools, kiddie pool, boat launch, pier and cleaning station, grilling and picnic area, dedicated beach access and assigned parking spot. (This complex has no elevator)

Summary: The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to prepare our own meals. The proximity to the ocean was very nice. We had a good stay. The only negative during our stay was that there were occupants in the unit above us with 4 children ranging from 2 to teenager and they were running around above us sometimes until 10:30/11:00 at night. We’re not sure we would rent the unit again. We might look for an upper unit to avoid having people romping above us.
