This charming 4th floor vacation rental includes a private balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. | | Vacation rental 407 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color, flat panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Telephone with free local calls and free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer and Dryer. No smoking. No pets. Two parking spaces. Saturday to Saturday arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 8 . Private Tennis Court recently refurbished.. Heated pool. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was amazing how Sea Oats was in such good condition after the hurricane. The condo itself was a pleasant surprise. The bathrooms have been remodeled since the pictures were taken and are beautiful. A coffee bar was added where there had been a credenza in an alcove and the lighting has been improved. The kitchen is well stocked, everything we needed. We prefer the leather furniture and tile floors for ease of cleaning. The management team is friendly and professional. We were there for six weeks and have booked it for six weeks next year.
