Sea Medallion is a magnificent, professionally decorated, Gulf Front Estate Home nestled right on Bonita Beach and offers 5,200 sq. ft. with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. All bedrooms have private ensuite baths and flat screen smart TVs. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor and four bedrooms on the third floor, all served by a 3-story elevator. Features include hardwood flooring, plantation shutters, crown molding, granite counter-tops, custom cabinetry, and vaulted ceilings.
The spacious master suite features a double glass sliding doors to a private lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The suite contains a private seating area and a high-end bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
The main living area is spacious and professionally decorated with 2 separate living areas and a large expandable dining room. The kitchen appliances are high-end with quality utensils, place settings, and cookware necessary to provide for a large family gathering. It features a spacious seating area and dining area. Off the main area, is a very large lanai with a direct view overlooking the vast expanse of the Gulf of Mexico. Tropical birds put on a show as day breaks, and dolphins put on a show most every night as the sun sets.
Outdoor features include a covered swimming pool with child safety fence and alarm system, brick paver patio, outdoor seating and grill, and private direct beach access.
