This unit is furnished with a fully-equipped electric kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a private oceanfront balcony, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two TVs (cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen-sized beds, and one double-over-queen bunk bed set. Common area includes swimming pool, two elevators, and coin-operated laundry room per floor. No trailers or golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Check-out maid service included. Linens not included. Complete linen and bath package is available for $120, sheets and pillowcases available for $60.
