COASTAL LIVING: Boasting one of the BEST BACKYARDS in Anna Maria, you can sink into the plush outdoor seating, or relax on the dock while listening to the coconut trees sway and the smell of ocean in the air. The huge indoor/outdoor cabana hosts a game room, living, dining, and outdoor bar with TV, all overlooking the heated pool and spa, and tranquil waterfront. Need a break from swimming in the Gulf or pool? Feel free to entertain the entire family with cocktails and snacks in either the cabana area oasis or the gorgeous deck upstairs. Ease into island time while fishing from the dock or looking for the manatees and rays often seen swimming in the canal. Boaters are welcome in this location, where there is easy navigation to the Gulf of Mexico!
You can start and end your days lazing over a cup of coffee while watching the fantastic local wildlife. Al Fresco dining is a cinch for the whole family just off of the main level with dining (table for 8) and a comfortable seating area for relaxing, lounging and great conversation.
In addition, "Sea Life Happy" has a beach buggy, beach chairs and towels, umbrella, portable cooler and games for your beach going enjoyment.

SIESTA TIME INSIDE: The Sunny interiors invite you in as soon as you open the door to "Sea Life Happy". The large open concept living and dining space will give everyone a chance to find a spot to reconnect with each other, share stories, laugh, play games and make memories. Tropical colors and bright, cheery furniture and decorations are featured throughout.
The fabulous and spacious gourmet kitchen is outfitted with premium cookware responding to the Inner Foodie in you. All of the chef’s accouterments are available to you to create memorable feasts with your family.
NESTING: At day’s end….There will be no fighting for the sumptuous Master Bedroom suite since there are TWO! Both have large flat screen SMART TVs and a comfortable relaxation area. The sunny and cheerful queen bedroom also has a flat screen SMART TV. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds…and the separate den allows for a private retreat to catch up on a good book while also having a full size pull out futon, if you need to squeeze in an extra guest.
We tried to think of everything so that during your visit you can sit back, relax, and take in all that is Anna Maria. Enjoy whiling away your time while you get to know and love the Anna Maria experience. Just pack your bathing suit and let us do the rest!

POOL & SPA :
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
PAYMENTS:
25% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
75% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

Summary: This was our fourth time coming to Anna Maria Island and by far this was the best vacation yet. That was in large part due to staying at Sea Life Happy. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to have a fabulous time. Not only was your home spotless but it had every amenity we needed as well as a wonderful layout for the 4 of us (two couples that stayed here). We loved the fact that you had two master bedroom suites on two different levels so we each had our privacy and lots of space. The location was ideal! My wife and I worked out every morning so we were able to walk over to the AMI community center and then go get our coffee at NorthShore Cafe. We walked daily to go to Ginny and JaneE's, The Waterfront restaurant, and the cute little shops on Pine Avenue. The pool was the perfect temperature and our nightly treat was going in the hot tub. It didn’t hurt that our weather was simply perfect. This house did not feel like a rental at all. The owners have done such a nice job of taking good care of it and Nicky the manager was incredibly warm and personal. We can’t wait to go back and have already booked a week for next year.
