It's only a short walk to the beautiful white sand Destin beaches from this adorable Clipper Cove cottage. Cook in the updated, fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy the sunset from the easily accessible roof observation deck. Outdoor eating area, private deck off master bedroom, shared deck off upstairs bedrooms, front and back porches and the roof top deck invite you to spend a lot of time outdoors! The yard is fenced in. Beautifully furnished home is within walking distance of Destin Commons shopping area , numerous restaurants, and two minutes to the Scenic 98 bike/walk path. Publix grocery store is minutes Away. The cottage is less than 2 blocks from the beach with designated walkway and beach access. It is surrounded by 19 palm trees and several knotty pines, making it quite cozy. The pool is right across the street. The observation deck is great for tanning during the day and relaxing under the moon and stars at night. Don't worry about having to bring or buy beach gear. We provide beach chairs and loungers, beach towels, floats, boogie boards, buckets and toys as well as wagons to carry them to the beach and an ice chest on wheels! NOTE: DURING THE SUMMER, WE ONLY ACCEPT CHECK IN AND OUT ON SATURDAYS. NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE OR TO COLLEGE STUDENTS ON SPRING BREAK.
