Residents can enjoy the fresh air on nature trails, boardwalks and cart paths or get a workout in at the state-of-the-art fitness center. Homes are raised slightly to take full advantage of the Bay breezes. The community features a swimming pool, Village Green and Amphitheater and beach walkover access to four miles of pristine St. Joseph Bay coastline.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation.
Booking is paid in four payments:
25% of total price due upon booking.
25% due 90 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 90 days before check-in.
25% due 60 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 60 days before check-in.
25% due 30 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 30 days before check-in.
Refunds will only be given to the extent and to the amount that Owner is able to rebook the home for that same time period.
EXTRA CLEANING MEASURES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE, AND THE HOME HAS BEEN DEEP CLEANED AND SANITIZED IN BETWEEN GUESTS.
