Step through the doors and onto the first level of this cozy retreat to find an open foyer and the guest bedroom. This bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bath with a walk-in shower, and a TV. From this level, guests may also access an outdoor patio.
Upstairs, the great room comprises the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The large, state-of-the-art kitchen features all the necessities for cooking a delicious vacation meal, including stainless-steel appliances, ample storage space, and a bar. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, where cushioned benches and chairs surround the contemporary dining table. Nearby, the living area radiates a chic beach vibe, boasting a cream-colored couch and two matching chairs. This comfortable seating ensemble faces a TV for entertainment, as well as sliding glass doors that lead to an outdoor patio. Here, guests can enjoy the warm outdoors, tropical drinks, good company, and casual conversation.
Ascend the modern staircase to the third level to access the master suite and additional sleeping quarters. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bath, TV, and access to yet another balcony. This level also includes a queen bunk room with a closet, sunny window view, and a wall-mounted TV provided for each bed.
