The seating area has a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a TV for entertainment.
An open floorplan encompassing the main living space dominates the second level. Featuring yellow walls, straw-woven furniture, and earth-toned accents, the space radiates a sea cabin vibe. The living area includes a chocolate couch and matching loveseat, as well as a flatscreen TV. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a Gulf-front balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs, allowing guests to bask in the beautiful Florida weather and take in the stunning views. Inside, a large kitchen adds the finishing touches to the space, boasting custom cabinetry, quality appliances, and a granite-topped bar with stool seating.

Summary: This property is GREAT! The location, proximity to the beach, access to a pool is all fantastic. The building is laid out great, the grandparents stayed downstairs, which is almost a separate apartment. One couple stayed in the master bedroom, the kids stayed in the third bedroom. We're already talking about renting it again. It does need a few things, we had several pictures fall off the walls while we were there. All the pictures were hung with screws or nails that slid in and out of the drywall easily. Also, there is no dining table. The countertop is plenty big enough for dining, but there is only 4 stools. A couple of folding barstools would be useful. Also a broom, we had sand EVERYWHERE and couldn't believe there wasn't a broom. 2 dustpans...no broom. We bought one and left it . The patio table upstairs could use replacement, it's rusty, paint peeling, and rhe "wicker" is unraveling. One more thing, a suggestion, the downstairs living room is huge and seems like wasted space. The room would make a great bunk bed/kids/ game room.Again, these are minor things and did not detract from enjoying this beautiful property. We'll definitely be back!
