Welcome to “Sea Happy” - our 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home in Prominence.
LOCATION:
“Sea Happy” is located within Prominence - a stunning beach community just to the west of Camp Creek Lake on Scenic Highway 30A between Seagrove Beach and Seacrest Beach. This thoughtfully planned neighborhood has all the family-friendly amenities you'll need for a memorable beach vacation. The community includes two large, resort-style pools (one of which is seasonally heated Oct/Nov & March/April), a community grill area, open green spaces, and easy access to over 20 miles of bike and hiking paths. The home is just across the street from The Big Chill (formerly called “The Hub”), with a great selection of boutique shopping, dining, and entertainment.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Entering through the front door leads you into the home's spacious living quarters, with an open living, dining, and kitchen space. There is ample seating for six at the home's coastal rustic dining table as well as space for three more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features premium Frigidaire appliances, and comes well-stocked with all other necessities, including a gas range, drip and K-cup coffee makers, and all the cooking utensils you'll need. The living room's clean and bright design makes relaxing at our home a pleasure, whether sitting down for a game or enjoying a movie on the large smart TV.
The first floor also houses a powder room and our home's laundry room, complete with full-size washer and dryers.
The second floor living quarters are comprised of a king bedroom, a bunk room with a brand-new, custom-made set of full bunks, and a king master bedroom, complete with a double vanity and large walk-in shower within the room's private en suite. Bedrooms one and two share the home's second full bathroom.
AMENITIES:
The home comes with a brand-new, electric six-seater golf cart and four adult beach cruiser bikes. Part of the home's garage has also been converted into a bar and games area to unwind, complete with TV. Guests can enjoy access to the Prominence community swimming pools, the larger of which is less than a one-minute walk from our home's front door and is surrounded by a large pool deck and shaded areas to set up camp for a pool day.
The beach is an enjoyable and easy bike ride away, or an even faster golf cart drive.
Our home provides access to two private, full-size parking spots on the driveway, a six-seater electric golf cart, four beach cruisers, beach gear, fresh linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
