Located on prestigious Okaloosa Island, this second level unit (one level above first floor parking beneath the building) has been been professionally decorated. The Only unit with private access to pool and hot tub at Sea Dunes!!!!!! This luxurious condominium is located directly on the beach and offers completely unobstructed views of the beach and gulf.
You are just steps away from the pool and the Gulf! Great for kids! There is an unbelievable, unobstructed, Gulf view from the living room and master bedroom... the pictures are a must see The condominium is approximately 1500 square feet and has over 40 feet of windows directly facing the gulf. In addition there is a 40 foot covered balcony directly on the beach overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Living area offers 40 feet of glass including glass doors that open directly on to the balcony. A 2nd glass door opens from the master bedroom to the balcony. Ceiling fans and comfortable patio furniture will help your relax as you enjoy the view of the sugar white sand beach and emerald waters of the gulf. If that isn't enough, you can watch the sunset from your own balcony! We do hope you enjoy your stay in our home while I am serving in the US military overseas.

Summary: Great location! This was our second time visiting this Condo.. I think we will continue renting this condo once a year for our family beach trips for sure It’s right on the beach and has direct access to the pool and hot tub makes perfect for having young kids
