Summary: The home was beautiful, bright and beachy in design. Plenty of room for our 4 person family (we each had our own personal bedrooms and bathrooms). The gated community was beautiful and friendly. Spent alot of time on the beautiful screen porch catching up on TV and reading. The outdoor fireplace was cozy. The only issue we had was gaining entry. The property management company provided us with the wrong door code and it took us some time, waiting in the cool weather, to access someone and get the right code. As with many rentals today, you will need to provide many of your own amenities but this one comes stacked with kitchen dishes, pots, pans, etc. and the garage has plenty of bikes and toys. Strongly recommend a stay here. Convenient to Seaside and all of 30A.
