3 Bedroom Condo in Bethany Beach

Our unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo on the 5th floor in the popular Sea Colony Resort in the Georgetown House with a newly remodeled kitchen for the 2023 rental season. It is a SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL (check-in at 3 and out by 10 am), which we have found to be much easier to get in and out than a Saturday to Saturday rental. It also allows our private cleaner more time to clean the unit, compared to having to rush on Saturdays like cleaners have to do to get all units finished in a four-hour window.
Carts are available to help get your gear up to the unit and we have only experienced the two elevators busy during the Saturday check-in/check-out times. Sunday check-in/check-out is easy and nonstressful.
The unit is used by our family for a couple of weeks during the summer months and has been rented out on the weeks we are not using our home. The unit can sleep 8 and has a king-size bed in bedroom 1, two single beds in bedroom 2, a queen-size bed in bedroom 3, and a queen-size pullout couch in the living room. There are 3 tvs. One smart TV in the living room can access your Netflix account. We previously rented our unit through Resort Quest since we purchased the condo in 2006 and the unit was listed as a platinum rental property (4 stars out of 5). Recreation badges must be purchased separately for all visitors. Details will be sent on how to go about making that purchase.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great location right on Bethany Beach with an ocean view. It is close to pools, tennis, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen has been nicely redone and has everything we needed. We also appreciated having access to beach chairs in the owners' locker. We highly recommend it.
