This beautiful Villa is situated on the edge of the spectacular protected and unspoiled area of The Akamas Peninsula. Located in idyllic peaceful location with wonderful sea views and yet just a 10-minute drive from the Coral Bay tourist area, this villa is simply perfect for exploring all that the Paphos district has to offer. At the end of a short private road in a quiet, exclusive area of Seacaves you will find this wonderful villa. It has all of the home from home comforts required for a great holiday and enjoys plenty of outdoor space with various seating areas for lounging and al-fresco dining with plenty of shade around the swimming pool. In the evenings, mix a sun-downer and wander up to the top terrace to watch the breathtaking sunsets. Close by are friendly local tavernas that offer traditional Cypriot cuisine as well as English inspired dishes and that warm ambience and Cypriot hospitality renowned throughout this friendly isle. The Akamas Peninsula was several coves and quiet beaches including the regions famous Turtle Beach (Lara Bay) and one of the Akamas favourite daytime restaurant ‘The Last Castle’ (Vikla) which has spectacular views and a traditional BBQ, is an experience not to be missed. Coral Bay beaches are just 10 minutes away, as it the spectacular SeaYou beach bar at Potima bay, a firm favourite with all of our guests. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and also has the advantage of an en-suite double bedroom downstairs. A spacious kitchen, lounge and dining room with a utility room and cloakroom toilet complete the ground level space. Upstairs leads to a spacious landing with a seating and patio doors leading to the upstairs terrace. Off the landing is another ensuite double bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds and a family bathroom. Internet TV, WiFIi and Air Con throughout completes the high standard of accommodation Sorbie Villa offers. The large outdoor space offers a lovely pool (with a protective fence surround). The front garden on one side is laid astro turf which can be used as a play area, fabulous for a family holiday. To the side by the pool is a built in BBQ with more seating. The pool has the option of heating for those cooler months outside of the main season (optional extra).
