“Sea Breeze Villa”, licenced by Greek National Tourism Organization as Luxurius Villa (ΕΣΛ: 1040Κ92003282201 / AMA: 572282), is a 3-minute walk from the famous - blue flag awarded - Voulisma beach and offers a fully equipped and elegantly decorated accommodation for 7 people in a total living area of 195m2. The base price is set for 4 persons. More guests (max 7) are welcome and the daily price will be raised accordingly. Two children up to 12 years old can sleep on the existing beds free of charge + 2 infants on a baby cot. (see below*).
It has a private pool, a small garden, living area with fireplace, kitchen with all domestic appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a living room/study which can also be used as a bedroom for a child.
The bus station is a 2-minute walk from the house with regular routes during the day.
From Sea Breeze Villa you can visit among others, Agios Nikolaos (8kms away), Elounda (22kms), Plaka & Spinalonga island (27kms), Ierapetra, the southernmost town of Europe (22kms), the infamous Richti Gorge (40kms), Sitia & it's airport (56kms) and the picturesque fishing villages of Pachia Ammos (6kms) & Mochlos (30kms).

“Sea Breeze Villa” is situated on the outskirts of Istron village and offers magnificent unobstructed countryside and sea views, due to the inclination of the plot. Designed to provide as much privacy and individuality as possible, the villa (as shown in the floor plans photos) comprises a:
- Ground floor: with a large living room - a fireplace - indoor & outdoors dining area - kitchen - guest bathroom with toilet & sink - covered porch with sea view - the pool area - back yard - patio covered with pergola leading to the gardens.
- First floor: with one master bedroom with on double bed (160x200) with 1 double bed, with access to a large terrace with magnificent sea view – one bathroom (ensuite) with a full sized bathtub - a 2nd bedroom with sea view that has 2 twin beds (90x200), which can be unified into one king size bed (180x200), and 1 sofa bed (70x194) - a 2nd bathroom with shower.
- Lower floor: with a bedroom with two twin beds (90x200) that can be unified into one king size bed (180x200) - a 2nd living room, with a desk, a piano and a sofa-bed (90x200) that can also be used as a bedroom - a bathroom with shower - laundry - a covered porch with access to the 2nd entrance of the house
"Sea Breeze" Villa can accommodate 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms, plus one more in the living room/study on the lower floor, and one child on the sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor.
* For each additional guest over 6 and up to 7, there will be an extra charge 52€ per day.
Two children up to 12 years old can sleep on the existing beds, free of charge.
Two baby cots for a child up to 2 years old is also available upon request, free of charge.

Drive through Istron village and right opposite the only traffic speed camera on your LEFT, turn to the sett paved driveway on your right.
