This beautifully appointed, brand-new-to-the-rental-market home is located in a gated community and comes with all new furnishings, bedding, and everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Upon entering, you’ll be captivated by the stunning water views through the wall of windows that lead out to your private deck. The open-concept floor plan ensures your entire group can gather together, whether cooking in the gourmet kitchen (featuring stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, high-end cabinetry, and marble countertops), dining, watching a show on the large screen TV, or simply watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal.
The main floor also features gorgeous new flooring (NO carpeting throughout) and a king bedroom with an en suite bath, including a jetted tub. A large full-sized laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.
Up one flight, you'll find the enormous king-sized primary bedroom with a large en suite bath. The luxurious tiled walk-in shower and dual sinks create a spa-like atmosphere. There's also a separate water closet and a trundle bed that sleeps 2, making this room perfect for keeping the little ones close. A coffee bar, a private soundfront deck, and stunning views make this space ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a nightcap before bed.
Down the hall is the third bedroom, also with a king bed and an en suite bath that includes a tub/shower combo. This bedroom also has its own private water-view balcony.
On the ground level, you’ll find a small "game" room, featuring two twin pull-out chair beds, a large flat-screen TV, a half bath, and access to the backyard. A propane grill is available for your use here as well.
The home offers garage parking for 1 car, driveway parking for 2 more (no street parking permitted in the neighborhood), and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. It's only a 2-minute walk to the community pool and tennis court, and just a short 10-minute walk to the Gulf beach. Owners have provided a kayak and a paddleboard for you to enjoy during your stay.
