Sea Breeze II is located halfway between two of Costa Rica's most famous National Parks - Manuel Antonio and Marina Ballena and is an ideal base for exploring the Southern Zone.
Part of Guapil Tropical Estates (a small gated community), Sea Breeze II is only 5 minutes off Highway 34 yet is totally tranquil and surrounded by ancient trees, a private fruit orchard with daily visits from the toucans, monkeys and pisotes. Stunning ocean views, a large saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, bar and patio dining offer ample space for entertaining or retreat into one of six luxurious bedrooms in the main house. Large gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for entertaining including bar area and wine fridge or hire a chef! Large living room, live-edge dining table/ island seats 14. Two outdoor bars to enjoy!
