Centrally located just off the main seafront road, 3 mins walk to the beach and Limassol's promenade, 10 mins to Zoo and a 15 minute stroll to the Marina. This recently refurbished modern 2 bedroom apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, sitting and dining area, Wifi, satellite TV. It can comfortably accommodate a family or 4 adults.
Ideally situated for all holiday makers and close to amenities, public transport, cafes, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. A/C in all bedrooms and living area.
This stunning apartment has recently been renovated with modern furnishings and a new bathroom along with a fully fitted kitchen to include all appliances and utensils. Relax in the living room or enjoy your meal in the dining area. Or even better why not chill out on the balcony. Wifi and Satellite TV is included. Ideal holiday home, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Nearby is the stunning Limassol Marina where you can stroll along the various coffee shops and restaurants. Or why not walk across the road over to the Old Town and enjoy walking through the narrow streets discovering small bars, restaurants, tavernas and coffee shops.
The apartment is a few minutes walk to the beach as well as St. Andrew's Street which is a straight walk to the Limassol Castle.

Summary: The property is very well located close to the main beaches and Limassol town. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids below 12) and is clean and well equipped. The terrace is fantastic - we had all our breakfasts there as it had lovely sea breezes. Parking was aplenty at a public car park at the back of the apartment building. Marios is attentive and lovely. The only thing I’ll say is don’t be too fazed by the entry and lift. It does not do the apartment itself justice. Thanks for the lovely stay.
