Positive: The room was clean. It's an older building so it's expected to have a little wear and visible signs of age, but the floors and countertops were nice.
Negative: The bed. Likely the least comfortable mattress I've ever slept in (and that's saying something). Despite the thickness of the mattress itself, I could feel the bracing boards pushing into my back; so much so that it was actually hard to breathe. My back ached for hours after I got up the next morning. Might have left were it not for the very clear NO REFUNDS sign in the front office (which smelled like a urinal). Wouldn't recommend to anyone who had another option.
Summary: Terrible bed, smelly front office.
