Positive: Very near public transport, very near 2 supermarkets, plenty of parking on the road, cute balcony.
Negative: there were no regular pillows - only large cushions that gave zero support. I asked the host for pillows but I was told they were in Munich and could not help.
Summary: nice big town to walk around, great public transport.
