SHORT/LONG STAYS Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. With a view of the Lake, this Second Storey Villa will not disappoint. With an onsite resort pool, spa, tennis and restaurant, the whole family will be entertained. Boat ramp located directly in front of villa, extra parking if needed and all the extras you will need on your holiday. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, electric door garage, Netflix/google TV, large dining table, balcony, bbq, 2 sitting areas inside, 2 bedrooms, beautiful view out of all windows
A short stroll to Lake Vue Cafe for all your caffeine needs. Walk across the dam wall for spectacular views east to Lake Hume and west to the River Murray. Marvel at the 318 meter long concrete spill way.
HOUSE RULES

No Smoking
There is NO SMOKING in the house. An extra $200 cleaning bill will be added to your assigned credit card.
We have provided an ashtray outside for your use. Please ensure that it is emptied, prior to departure, into the red bin.

Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets in this apartment.

Rubbish to be removed
Please place all rubbish in the bins provided outside prior to departure. Failure to do so could result in a $100 cleaning fee.

When you go
Please make sure you turn off all lights and the split system air conditioner, and ensure all doors are locked. KEY IS BACK IN LOCK BOX and locked.

NO Parties
Because we are in a unit complex and need to be mindful of our neighbours. We have a NO PARTY policy. Please keep the noise down after 10pm.06

Maintenance
Sometimes things can go unavoidably wrong. So we can rectify any problems as they occur, please let us know should you find anything in your villa that is broken, missing or malfunctioning.
