Scenic Solitude on Weiss boasts majestic water views throughout the entire property. This waterfront property has its own private pier, with year-round deep water, complete with lounge seating. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-living kitchen area on main level and and 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and entertainment/kitchen/living area on lower level. Water is accessible from upper level living and master bedroom, and lower level living and guest bedroom. Game room in lower level, foosball, bumper pool, lots of board games & outdoor ping pong. Bonfire area with seating. Adult and children's kayaks available. Splash pad available (May - Oct 15).
There are two levels with sleeping areas master, guest bedroom one and two located on main level - and guest three on lower level.
Firm parking policy - Limit of four vehicles - or three vehicles and a small boat trailer. (If bringing a small boat trailer it must be backed all the way down our road, the road ends into our driveway and there is no turnaround) No street parking.
Primary residence, yard, and pier.
Check-in/out is contactless.
Quiet, small, neighborhood with great neighbors.
When parking, please use designated driveway for this property only. Do not use neighboring driveways when arriving or departing.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and is required to be present during the entire stay.
To dispose of garbage during your stay, please bag and tie all waste and dispose of in the receptacle located at the rear of the garage.
