This house can be found on a quiet unsealed road and is close to everything the Cape and Bunurong coast has to offer. Enjoy the sunset and ocean breezes from the upstairs balcony with glimpses of the ocean, or wander down to one of the four Cape beaches. You'll find you're in the best of both worlds with the bay and surf beaches only around 10 minutes walk away.
Upstairs you will have two bedrooms and beds to sleep 5 people. A full size kitchen opens up into dining and a lounge room with TV/DVD and views over the upstairs balcony. The bathroom has an open shower and free-standing bath and there is a washing machine and clothes line for longer stays.
Access is provided to a huge backyard downstairs that is fully secure, with a second downstairs balcony and a bbq. We may be downstairs from time to time during your stay, but you have private access to upstairs. Just ask if you'd like to know when we're around.
We provide doonas, pillows, cleaning products and some basic pantry items. You will need to bring your own linen, towels and tea towels. There is a high chair and port-a-cot available for small children on request.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed and single bed loft (loft is suitable only for a small adult or child)
Minimum stay is 2 nights for most of the year and 5 days in the peak Christmas School Holidays. As this is a family holiday home, we do not accept bookings for events or schoolies.
We give you the option of leaving the property clean and tidy ready for the next guests to arrive. Alternatively you can pay an additional fee for a cleaner to do this for you. We do require photo ID as part of the booking process.
Laze in a full size bath or have a BBQ and game of cricket in the back yard. A quick walk takes you to the park with swings for the kids, or you can head off for a walk along the cliff tops. The drive between the Cape and Inverloch (Bunurong Coast Drive) is spectacular and can be topped of by a visit to the local market or an icecream at Gusto.
